This is good advice! Another thing I like to do when I’m mad is jumping jacks…ten will do. Be sure to grunt like a gorilla as you jump. After this, if you are still able to breath comfortably, swim around your room pushing the air behind you (this part involves using your imagination) while making your best fish face. At this point you will hopefully feel a good kind of silly and some of the anger will release out of you.
This is great advice alley! It reminds me of what someone told me years ago, “pause when agitated”.. That helped me a lot. It kept me from saying something I shouldn’t say when mad. Thanks for the song!

This is great advice, Ellie! And I love that you remind us not to roar! That doesn’t accomplish much. If I get angry, I find that if I give myself time to cool down, I usually find reasons why my anger is really more about me than someone else. Thanks for your sweet song! love you much!

I like what you said. I will try it next time I am really mad. But I’m not really mad all the time so I will wait until then. Bye Bye I Love You!
